To it add a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar, then add a pinch of jeera power.Pour water in to the ingredients and stir well with a spoon till the sugar melts. Take an egg and break it in a dish, to it add a pinch of salt, pepper to taste, and a teaspoon of milk, beat the ingredients with a fork or an egg beater till the batter is a little fluffy. Then take a pan and heat in it a little oil or butter. Put the batter in and stir it on a medium flame till the eggs are cooked. Make toast in a toaster and put the eggs on it. Top it with grated cheese or condensed milk or honey or baked beans or combinations of the above. Serve hot.An all time favourite Potato Chips
Peel 4 potatoes and cut them into fingers. Soak the potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes with 1 teaspoon of salt. Drain and dry the potatoes on a tissue paper. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a kadai & gently lower the potato fingers, a few at a time. Cook on a slow flame till they are soft then raise the heat and brown the chips. Line a plate with tissue paper and drain the chips on the paper. Place the chips on a serving plate sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve with tomato sauce.
